PS: WE LOVE YOU, TOO!
Our simple, 12-item survey has been sent to our clients along with final invoicing for many years. We ask the customer to rate us honestly from 1 (low) to 5 (high) on each item ranging from communication and planning to workmanship and cleanliness. Limited to the scale we provided, currently 93% of our clients have rated us with a positive 90% or above average and that includes 241 PERFECT scores, which makes us happy! What makes us even happier are the additional positive comments including plus signs+++, smiley faces 🙂 and written-in “10” scores next to our rating scale, along with thank you notes.
